Q: Can I purchase replacement parts for the WOKY – [●●] Tumbler separately?

Yes! Silicone straws, detachable lids, and silicone rings will all be available for individual purchase.

Q: Will the tumbler get hot to the touch when filled with hot beverages?

Not at all! The WOKY [●●] Tumbler features a double-wall vacuum insulation design that prevents condensation and ensures the outer surface stays at a comfortable temperature while maximizing heat retention.

Q: What materials are used for the lid, straw, and silicone parts? What are their heat resistance levels?

Lid: Made of PP (Polypropylene), heat resistant up to 120°C
Silicone Straw: Heat resistant up to 190°C
Silicone Ring: Made with baby-grade silicone, heat resistant up to 190°C
All materials are SGS-certified and safe for daily use.

Q: Since silicone parts are consumables, can they be purchased separately for environmental reasons?

Yes! Initially, WOKY only provided replacement services for the sealing ring and complete lid. 

But now, for even better sustainability, the silicone plug in the 770ml lid can also be purchased separately and replaced, helping extend your tumbler’s life.

Q: Is the WOKY [●●] Tumbler heavy? I'm concerned it might not be easy to carry around.

Not at all! The empty tumbler weighs only 400g. It’s lightweight, sturdy, and features a hidden handle for convenient hand-carrying or easy storage in your bag.

Q: What is the titanium ceramic coating? Will it absorb odors or retain stains?

The titanium ceramic coating is a safe material made by combining real ceramic with pure titanium. 

It has ultra-fine pores similar to real ceramic, making it resistant to bacteria, staining, and odors. Simply rinse and air dry after use to keep your drink tasting fresh.

Q: Can I use this tumbler for milk, lemon juice, or carbonated drinks?

Absolutely. The titanium ceramic interior is highly resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. It's safe for all kinds of beverages including tea, coffee, dairy, citrus, and carbonated drinks.

Q: Is it dishwasher or dish-dryer safe?

We do not recommend using a dishwasher or dish dryer. Strong water jets and the presence of softening salts in detergent may damage the tumbler. 

For best results, gently hand wash using a soft sponge and let it air dry naturally.

Q: Is there a warranty for damaged products?

In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act (Article 19), customers may return or cancel their order within 7 days of receipt without needing to provide a reason.

However, if the product has been opened, used, or washed—particularly for items classified as personal hygiene products—returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the product is defective. 

This policy is in place to protect consumer health and hygiene.
