The WOKY Ti Tumbler is made from 99.95% pure titanium, which is resistant to both acids and alkalis.
However, cleaning agents like sodium percarbonate, baking soda, or peroxide-based solutions can cause a chemical reaction with the titanium surface.
This may lead to visible changes in appearance — the metal may darken and lose its original luster.
Please note that this reaction is irreversible and cannot be undone through further cleaning or restoration.
To maintain the cup’s finish, we recommend using only mild, non-reactive cleaning methods.
The purpose of creating eco-friendly cups and travel tumblers is to encourage long-term, repeated use — ultimately supporting a more sustainable lifestyle.
That’s why we don’t recommend using sodium percarbonate, baking soda, or peroxide-based cleaners.
These substances can cause irreversible changes to the appearance of your cup.

It won’t get too hot to hold, and it also prevents condensation, delivering optimal thermal performance.
Q: What materials are used in the WOKY Ti Tumbler’s lid, straw, and silicone ring? What is their heat resistance?
The lid is made of PP (polypropylene) and is heat-resistant up to 120°C.
The silicone straw and silicone sealing ring are both heat-resistant up to 190°C. The sealing ring uses baby bottle–grade silicone for added safety.

Q: Is the WOKY Ti Tumbler dishwasher- and dish dryer–safe?
Double-walled vacuum tumblers like the WOKY Ti Tumbler are not recommended for use in dishwashers or dish dryers.
The high-pressure water jets and extreme temperature changes can compromise the vacuum insulation.
To prolong the life of your tumbler, we recommend gentle hand washing, air drying, and using a soft sponge to clean. This helps maintain its performance and durability over time.
Q: With the vacuum insulation design of the WOKY Ti Tumbler, will the temperature at the rim be affected?
The WOKY Ti Tumbler features a double-wall vacuum-insulated U-shaped design.
Near the rim, the inner and outer walls are closer together, creating a thinner insulating layer in that area.
As a result, you may feel a slight warmth or coolness near the rim — this is completely normal and does not affect everyday use.
Q: Is the WOKY Ti Tumbler covered by a warranty in case of damage?
According to Article 19, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act:
"For distance sales or door-to-door transactions, consumers may return goods or cancel services within seven days of receipt without providing a reason and without incurring any fees or charges.
However, if the product or service falls under certain exceptions—and the business has clearly informed the consumer in advance—this seven-day right of cancellation under Paragraph 1 may be excluded."
Tumbler products fall under Item 6 of the Consumer Protection Act exemption list:
“Personal hygiene products that have been unsealed” are not eligible for return or exchange once opened, used, or washed, unless the product is defective.
This policy is in place to protect customer health and hygiene. This includes both purchased items and any free gifts.
